Welcome

Constellations is a free mental health community hosted by Therapy Alberta. These guidelines keep the space safe and useful.

Who Can Join

Membership is for adults in Alberta who care about improving mental health.

Individuals sign up for general access to Constellations.

Therapists and licensed professionals can sign up for Constellations Pro and be added to a special access group. Membership includes a check of their professional registration.

General Conduct

Everyone in the community agrees to:

  • Be kind and treat others with respect
  • Honor others’ privacy and not share others' personal information
  • Use the community for its purpose, not to sell or promote products, services or programs
  • Not discriminate against, harass or attack others, as set out in our Anti-Discrimination Policy

We may limit access for anyone who breaks these rules, per our Terms of Use.

This Is Not Clinical Support

The community is educational. It’s not therapy or crisis support. If you or someone you care about is in crisis or at risk of harm, please get help now:

  • Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department
  • In Canada, call or text 988 for immediate suicide or crisis support 24/7
  • In Alberta, you can also call the Mental Health Help Line 24/7 at 1-877-303-2642
  • For free forum-style peer support 24/7 in Alberta, visit Togetherall

For Constellations Pro

The access group lets licensed therapists and professionals in Alberta connect with each other. In this space:

  • Follow your licensing body’s rules
  • Protect client privacy. Don't name or describe a client, even in general terms
  • Don’t offer clinical advice. To consult with a colleague, please meet outside the community

Reporting a Concern

See something that breaks these guidelines? Use Report a Concern in the community menu, or report it through the Kajabi community app. We'll look into it. We may remove content or limit access. If it involves a professional's misconduct, we may also inform their licensing body.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the community grows. The date at the top shows the latest update.
