What is Constellations?
Constellations is a free community for adults in Alberta who care about mental health.
It rests on the idea that we can help each other heal in community and in conversation.
A constellation is a group of stars that forms a pattern, or a group of related people.
The community gathers people who want to improve individual and collective mental health.
It offers a space to connect and learn through a lens of compassion and trauma-sensitive care.
At the heart of the community are live circles where small groups talk, listen and learn together.
You don’t have to figure things out alone.
Inside the Constellations Community
Constellations is for individuals and professionals in Alberta so you can connect with your local community.
It is a private online space, so you can join from anywhere in the province.
Constellations offers rhythm and guidance as you grow.
Here’s what’s planned:
- Daily Challenges: Complete gentle practices with short video guides
- Weekly Constellations: Join small group discussions in live circles
- Monthly Classes: Attend live classes and workshops or get a replay
- Community Content: Learn from local therapists and professionals
- My Library: Access new courses early and save your progress

Questions about Constellations
Is it really free?+
Yes. I made Constellations free because healing in community shouldn’t depend on what you can afford, and because I want to build it with the people it’s for. If you'd like to help keep it free, you can support our mission.
Do I need to be in Alberta?+
Yes. Constellations is built for adults in Alberta, so local events, professionals and resources come first. If you live outside Alberta, you can join our interest list, if you would like a Constellations community in your area.
Do I have to share anything?+
No. You choose how much you share and how often you take part. You can watch and learn without posting or speaking in a circle, and you're welcome to share whenever it feels right.
Is Constellations therapy?+
No. Constellations offers education and peer discussion, not therapy. Our circles are not group therapy. We meet at set times, so for peer support any time of day, Togetherall is free for Albertans 16 and older. If you need support now, visit our crisis support page.
What's here for therapists?+
Therapists can access a special professional group inside Constellations. You can connect with peers, contribute to the blog and library, and share content with the community. You can also apply to be listed in our trauma-sensitive therapist directory. Join Constellations as a professional.
